We take pride in our stakes, and we carry them high through our name EFF Piquets. Essential for your fences, vineyards, landscaping projects or agricultural installations, our chestnut and acacia wood stakes stand out by their authenticity and sturdiness. Sourced from locally PEFC-certified forests, they combine durability, aesthetics and environmental respect.
All our stakes are made from naturally rot-resistant wood, offering exceptional longevity without chemical treatment. Chestnut and acacia are ideally suited for outdoor use: they withstand direct and prolonged contact with soil, even under constant moisture.
Our wooden stakes are available in several forms and finishes to meet the specific needs of each project:
Split Stakes
- Advantages:
more economical, extremely durable thanks to better preservation of the wood grain fibers and a lower proportion of sapwood - Preferred uses:
agricultural fences, livestock enclosures, land boundaries, rustic palisades, vineyards
Round Stakes
- Advantages:
aesthetic, uniform, and easy to install - Preferred uses:
garden fences, landscape design, tree stakes, slope supports
Sawn Stakes
- Advantages:
straightness, at least two flat straight faces providing stability to attached mesh or trellis, low cost - Preferred uses:
ideal for fencing, vine support or trellising
Turned / Profiled Stakes
- Advantages:
constant diameter, aesthetic uniformity, ease of installation - Preferred uses:
public or private gardens, play areas, landscape layouts, horse fencing, planting beds, barrier constructions
Half-Round Sawn Stakes
- Advantages:
ease of installation, stability due to flat surface - Preferred uses:
ideal for rails, shelters, “post and rail” fences, shelters

* For chestnut, we can produce special sizes beyond 3.00 m, up to 8.00 m on customer request.
